When COVID hit it was time for us to get creative and come up with a way to still serve our athletes. April of 2020, we introduce our weekly Zoom workouts. We were hosting two workouts a day Monday through Friday and one on Saturday mornings. Then we came up with the idea to add a cooking class twice a month and bingo once a month. It was a huge success. Now we have made it part of our year-round programs!
